This patient presented with decay and discoloration of his six upper front teeth. This patient completed the at home whitening before cosmetic work to achieve the bright shade he wanted. Dr. Abide placed six full coverage porcelain crowns on the upper arch to improve the patient's smile and restore good oral health to the teeth.
