This patient came into our office with complaints of an ill-fitting upper removable partial. After examination, Dr. Abide determined her upper front teeth were non-restorable. All of the patient's upper teeth were removed and an immediate denture was made to correct spacing and give her a beautiful, new smile that functioned properly.
